We had such a fantastic time at Hayling Island Holiday Park! The entertainment was absolutely brilliant every single night, so much effort went into making sure there was something for everyone, and it really made the evenings special. The entertainment and bar staff deserve a huge shout-out too, they were friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make our enjoyable. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and you could tell they genuinely cared about creating a great experience. A wonderful holiday all round, we’ll definitely be coming back! I booked a caravan and paid extra for an upgrade that was supposed to include two toilets—a feature I confirmed multiple times before arrival. However, what I got was just a separate toilet and bath, not two toilets as promised. This was misleading and felt like a complete rip-off. I also made it very clear—both during booking and in follow-up calls—that my son has a cat allergy, and since there were no non-pet caravans available, I requested a thorough cleaning. Despite this, the carpet was full of pet hair. Every time I swept, I collected clumps of hair, which made our extremely uncomfortable and stressful. The arcade and swimming pool toilets were in terrible condition—smelly, wet floors, and clearly not maintained properly. While the staff were kind and tried to help, the facilities were far below expectations. The pool water was very cold too. Overall, I feel cheated—I paid for an upgrade that didn’t deliver, and my specific health-related requests were ignored. I would not recommend this place to anyone, especially families with allergies or those expecting clean and well-maintained amenities. Holiday - pool was very cold every day. Young children were shivering. Many games in arcade were not working. Grab machines empty. Soft play area not supervised and many older children spoiling it for younger children. Never enough table and chairs in clubhouse. Entertainment team were good , especially the Bingo caller. All in all disappointed and would not return Warner's holiday weekend, highlight being David Essex who was really good. Accomodations was lovely, smart decor, comfortable beds and shower room was excellent. As always the food was good but they do need to keep an eye on the food under the hot light as the lights dry out the food! My favourite were the omlettes as they were cooked for you at the food bar and they tasted excellent. All in all a very good long weekend experience. Just about to book this for the third year running till it was announced that the was going cashless. Shocking, absolutely shocking, what arrogance to dictate how people should spend there money......what about all those families that save up there cash for holiday? How does it get children to learn budgeting let alone the value of money? You have lost a customer and i hope other people follow suit We absolutely loved it here- a great holiday that was not too busy or big compared to others. It was perfect for my 3 year old and 9 month old- my toddler loved the swimming, soft play, park, arcade and making slime activity. The staff were great and very friendly. Other holidaymakers were also very pleasant so they were clearly having a good time too! The caravan had everything we needed and was stylish and clean. We would definitely come here again! So we arrived the evening of Halloween 31st October at 4pm. On arrival, we pulled up outside what we thought was our caravan and my husband got out the car to go and see which number it was and we were approached by a white maintenance vehicle. The person tooted as he couldn’t get passed. A man with a long beard got out of this vehicle who I guess was staff and said to my husband in a rude manner, ‘mate you can’t there’ he was literally just seeing what number the caravan was. How rude! We had a leak the first night through the vent in the roof, no big deal but this was a constant drip. We reported the next day to the young girl on the reception desk who didn’t really seem to care and said she would get someone round. No one came! The swimming pool was freezing and I would say is not suitable for anyone under the age of 2. Her lips were blue!! I have no complaints about the entertainment at all. The team were amazing and we saw the best tribute to Beyoncé Iv ever seen!! Can’t comment on the restaurant because we didn’t eat in there but the pub down the road is insane for a roast. Would I go back? Yes I would but maybe in the summer so we can enjoy the outdoors a bit more. Been here a few times, but won't be back now that they're banning cash transactions. They put a post up on Facebook announcing that it'll be "easier and more convenient". Not sure how removing an option of payment fits either of those descriptions... Also, they deleted the many negative comments about this decision. Bad management. Just came back from a wonderful at Hayling Island Holiday Park. Our caravan was beautiful, very clean and spacious for our stay, and the beds were so comfy. Staff friendly. We ate at the restaurant two nights and the food was lovely. We didn't use the club house so can't comment. Sorry. We would definitely here again thank you so much ❤️ Website change monitoring Monitor any webpage for changes – get instant email alerts when prices drop, new jobs are posted, products come back in stock, or competitors update their sites.
