Plenty of parking for all types of vehicles. Exceptional fitness and an all purpose pitch for outdoor games. Cafe and coffee bar inside. The facilties are very good, will suit most people. Reception are always helpful. On the downside is the lack of available parking, a lot more cars parked than in the centre, overspill from the hotel and parking and leaving the site Introduction of speed humps where a lot of cars are scraping them despite reduced speed. Easter break arrived for schools, colleges and universities, now the car park has many places available mid to late mornings I joined places and cancelled my Active Nation package. The Queys has really gone down in quality, in service, quality of the and it's not as as it once used to be. Places Eastleigh is very and provides a much better service. Very impressive, had a look around today, fully wheelchair accessible, great staff, all extremely helpful, I've not been in a swimming for many years, but now they have a waterproof wheelchair to transfer over to and a wheelchair lift down into the pool, can't wait to try it. The whole building is accessible, including changing rooms, accessible toilets, accessible poolside areas, it's all very and tidy. There was a fabulous lady on reception who was super helpful, unfortunately I didn't get her name, but she was great, very informative. We look forward to our next visit 😀 I’ve been using this regularly and overall, I’m quite satisfied with the experience. The are well-maintained, and the are friendly and helpful. I often use the badminton courts, which are spacious and in good condition booking is usually easy and the environment is welcoming. One area for improvement is the toilet facilities. I noticed that there are no hand tissues available, which can be inconvenient, especially when the hand dryers are not working or are too slow. Providing hand tissues would definitely enhance the hygiene and overall comfort for users. The offered are truly top-notch, and the is a standout feature. A welcoming atmosphere immediately puts guests at ease. Every detail seems designed for comfort and relaxation. It's a pleasure to experience such a well-maintained and inviting environment. This creates a truly memorable and positive experience. I was here on the 27th of April for Comic-con a good way to spend too much money ! Everything was very reasonably priced left Home with a basically brand-new Nintendo Wii for £30 plus some other things look enough but the swimming changing did smell of wee. Pool is clean, good temperature, and big enough. Unfortunately the only time I could go was during a public swim and for someone trying to do lengths it was a challenge, even though it wasn't overly busy. Plenty of showers, and plenty of changing rooms and lockers. This is a new with FREE PARKING 🥳🤩. Bank holiday Monday and a bit wet so they were fully for swimming in the afternoon and the was busy with a large antiques fair but coped well. We’d the big which is fantastic BUT and it’s a big one, for a it was FREEZING COLD and even the children were put off but it’s MUCH worse for adults. I imagine if I’m swimming constantly I’d be ok but playing tag with children it’s warmer out the water than in. Changing areas and HOT showers all (no shampoo or soap allowed?!) and not over crowded despite being fully booked. On-site Costa had sold out of food by 3pm but plenty of cakes etc. Please make the water warmer and we will come back and give it 5 stars. Great place. Refurbished gym, excellent classes, large swimming pool, sauna and steam room. Plenty of showers. The seemed friendly and knowledgeable about the services they provide. Great value for money and available for with disabilities. I an active play and bounce here for my 3 year old. Trying to even get through to the right department who took bookings was an absolute nightmare. It took me 3 weeks to even make the booking. I was advised via email that payment was due 7 days before hand by popping in or over the phone. I chose to pop in as I did not have the time or patience to try and get through to the department again. When I arrived at the desk to pay they told me I couldn’t pay in person and that I had to pay over the phone they told me they would take my details and the lady who works in the department would call me later that day to make payment. After not hearing anything from her and wanting to make payment for the to secure the booking I emailed (again) to ask for someone to call me so I could finally make the payment! When we arrived to set up the “food room” for the we found the we were for was filthy, the tables hadn’t even been wiped, there was food and crumbs all over the floor under the table and the seats. I went to reception to let the lady know we weren’t happy and was pleased when she moved us to a different room. The active play and bounce part of the was supposed to start at 12pm and there was a still in there at this time. This wasn’t great as we had arriving for my son’s who were congregating in the corridor wondering where to go. It all seemed to be a very stressful experience, which is a shame because my son and his friends had a lovely time in the active play and bounce. we 7pm via app and they double booked, there was no court for us. we were told to get a voucher for another day and nothing can be done. The girl us was not helpful at all and needs more training that is the least. They need to sort their system as it seem common but it's not fair on the customers so surely unacceptable. Having been at this gym for 2-3 months now I am very happy with my choice to change gyms to places as it was closer to me than my previous gym in Winchester the gym is always and the are friendly ; having been a member of many gyms in the local area the actual gym equip does lack compared to others locally , there is no pec dec ,smith machine or cable row to names a few which I thing every gym should have and there is only one of each leg extension and leg curl machine which quite often tend to get broken and take a while to get repaired , there is plenty of to add extra as these machines are very popular ; however I am very happy I moved and would definitely recommend the to others looking for a friendly local Regularly visit this and always have a fun time. However recently went and my experience has left me feeling a bit shaken up. I was playing with my family and our softball accidentally hit a man and his baby - this was obviously not intentional, I immediately apologised however he had none of this and automatically proceeded to verbally abuse me for five minutes, he swore at me so loudly that everyone in the stopped and stared, no member of came over to ease the situation instead let him carry on calling me names and repeatedly shouted “what’s a sorry going to do”. I’m left very anxious to return, perhaps members can check on situations like this a bit more and stop verbally abusing others instead of staring on the side and proving no help.
