Firstly the positives are that the landscape is lovely and the instructors are experienced and helpful, especially when I needed some boots. The transfer was hassle-free, on time, and the driver was nice. One thing I will say is that some like to roll in the sand, we get warned beforehand but I think anyone who is scared of shouldn't go here because of this - my Pepsi rolled in the sand and I fell off, this made me nervous for the rest of the hack as there were big hills and rocks. This also happened to two other riders. The were also quite fidgety and my kept trying to kick the behind, almost biting me a few times whilst the in front wanted to kick Pepsi too (despite being a reasonable distance away from each other). This created a stressful environment and I really don’t think who roll in the sand whilst the rider is on them should be allowed to go on hacks, as my phone could have cracked too (thankfully the rolled on the other side) and the “crushed” my leg when he started to roll. The instructors were however lovely so thank you to them. I think I’d maybe do this again but more prepared next time. We had a great day out, neither of us had rode a before. Staff were good at explaining what to do, how to do it, at the beginning & throughout the trail too. The look cared for although I thought some of the stables looked too small for some of the bigger horses. A nice couple of hours spent, would recommend! Had a great time riding along the dusty volcanic trails on my called Mosquito, with the canyon's steep drops ever present. The staff were professional and helpful, more advanced riders had a chance to gallop or canter separately. A fun relaxing day out for all. Would highly recommend. Very friendly staff who cared greatly for their horses, who were well fed and in good condition. We had a private ride, two of us with a guide, Maxi, who was great, checking we were ok regularly and telling us interesting information. The terrain was quite rough but the are obviously used to it. They had selected for us based on our size and and neither of us had any issues with the behaviour. All in all a great way to see some countryside, get some exercise and have fun together. I would this place as would my mum who has been riding for years. Fabulous experience. Highly recommend! Very professional, responsible and experienced. The staff were very good at matching with riders, in terms of experience, height weight etc. And we were spaced out in order that made sense. I am a owner and won't go with a company unless they are very good. The are well cared for, super fit and foot sure, and the trial was beautiful sights of the mountains and the sea. We had the option to split into faster group depending on experience. I would definitely recommend! I would love to go again. My Luca had such a wonderful personality I wanted to bring her home! Had a awesome here. You don’t need to have ridden a to participate. Very good service by the staff an absolutely worth to try! I felt safe when riding. They will guide you during the whole tour and you will ride in a line with other people and the guides. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Kind, attentive and very professional staff, the animals look happy and know their “work schedule” very well, everyone had a selected specially for them based on their size, previous riding and they even made sure families stayed close to each other in the line. The route is long (2h!) with ups and downs on the hills among the cacti filled “desert” of Gran Canaria so it really does give you a well rounded and beautiful of these beautiful animals. Fantastic highly recommend!!! First time rider so was a little scared at the start of the trek but guide Elena talked me through any concerns because Spaghetti seems like a bit of a messer wanting to gallop after the guides when your only walking. Guides both helped me to keep him and myself calm when i expressed I was scared! are beautifully cared for you can clearly see the love given to the horses❤️ Deano our transport was great too learned all about our on way back to hotel😀 Website change monitoring Monitor any webpage for changes – get instant email alerts when prices drop, new jobs are posted, products come back in stock, or competitors update their sites.
