I picked my new Tesla from the Tesla Showroom at Hamburg. Everything worked fine. I was given enough time to do the pre-delivery check, the representative was cordial and was more than happy to answer my questions. One star less than a full 5 stars because it is very difficult to reach someone on phone there. But once you are there at the showroom, they are more than happy to assist. This is one car who i payed the full amount without even test driving it and boy, it has exceeded my expectations. Driving previously BMW and before that Mercedes, this car exceeds the thrill 10X. Cannot say I was satisfied with my visit, very chaotic place, very not informative customer have to wait for a lot of time while customer was enjoying his coffee while lying down, or talking to each other. We have purchased Tesla Model Y. I thank Semran and Alina for assisting us with all paper work, loan process and car delivery. The staff are very friendly. I visited toilet inside the showroom while waiting for my Tesla to be charged and met some really nice employees. They showed me the toilet and I got offered free coffee from two different employees who met me inside. Very nice and polite employees. :) Worst customer in all of Germany. Not responsive people and rude managers. I got my car from here, the worst Tesla quality car that ever produced. Every day a part of the car is starting to make noise or will lose! And the customer keeps charging me for those issues! I am very unsatisfied with the car quality and their service. Отказали в записи на сервис! Типа они не обслуживают авто произведенные в США… где я тогда должен обслужить Tesla? Полный треш…Если ты владелец Tesla будь готов, что сервиса нет. Пришлось подымать мануал, шерстить сайт… в итоге они всего то должны сделать тест HV батареи, и поменять на обслуживаемую…. В ответ- мы такого не делали… и не знаем как… вот это специалисты! После долгих обсуждений- сказали что обратятся по этому поводу к руководству… Руководство отказало в проведении HV test ссылаясь на импорт авто. Сказали обратись к не официальным сто. Письменный отказ в обслуживании они тоже не дают… Илон зачем тебе такой персонал? Который не хочет делать свою работу… Сервис Тесла Гамбург в очередной раз доказал, что проблемы клиента им не интересны, свою работу они делают нехотя, и вообще им главное втюхать гавно, что у них в салоне стоит, а дальше не их проблемы! My buying experience was very great this credit especially goes to Alina and Semran. They made our purchase very simple and easier way. Alina is really amazing and so friendly she helped us to decide on Model Y and also in every step during financing till and Semran helped us in detail every process in getting out our car registration & smooth final delivery. They were very very patient in clarifying our doubts which made me to ask even silly doubts where I was stuck. Der gesamte Ablauf der Bestellung, Inzahlungsnahme und der Auslieferung des Teslas war gut. So wie es natürlich auch sein sollte. Besonders Lob geht an den Mitarbeiter Viktor, welcher sich genügend viel Zeit genommen hat bei meiner Auslieferung und alle noch offenen Fragen super beantwortet hat. Ich hoffe das mein positiver Eindruck auch bei zukünftigen Werkstatt/Service Terminen so bleiben wird. Neues Fahrzeug abgeholt, zerkratzt bekommen, Termin in 2 Monaten, dann wird verschoben, der ist leider schlecht. Aber fahre trotzdem gerne Tesla… Ich fahre nun seit über zwei Jahren einen Tesla Model 3 und muss sagen, dass das Auto an sich in Ordnung ist. Es bietet ein tolles Fahrerlebnis und innovative Technologie. Allerdings kann ich leider nicht dasselbe über den Kundenservice sagen. Der ist der schlechteste, den ich bislang erlebt habe. Ich hatte häufig lange Wartezeiten und das Gefühl, dass auf die Bedürfnisse der Kunden nicht eingegangen wird. Die Kommunikationsfähigkeit lässt stark zu wünschen übrig, und es scheint, als wäre das Interesse von Tesla nach dem Autokauf verflogen. Es ist enttäuschend, dass ein Unternehmen, das so viel Wert auf Innovation und Kundenerlebnis legt, in diesem Bereich so stark nachlässt. Ich hoffe, dass Tesla in Zukunft an seinem Kundenservice arbeitet, um die Erfahrung für die Fahrer zu verbessern. Zum aktuellem Zeitpunkt würde ich Aufgrund der schlechten Kundenservicesituation keinen neuen Kauf bei Tesla in Erwägung ziehen! Great After Market support. Der zugesagte Fertigstellungstermin wurde nach Ablauf der Frist, um einen Tag verschoben. Einen Tag später desgleichen erneut, aber diesmal um eine Woche (!) verschoben. Der Chat mit dem über die Tesla-App gibt "innerbetriebliche Gründe" an und bittet um Geduld. Jede kleine Kfz-Werkstatt kümmert sich besser um ihre Kunden ... leider haben diese häufig keine Möglichkeit, auch unseren Tesla zu reparieren.
