Nice pub. If you're not local, it is a trek. We walked 1 hour 20 from where we stayed, but it was worth it. The food was great, and the landlady is a lovely lady, and it makes you feel welcome. We had dinner here yesterday, lovely busy pub with a friendly atmosphere and the food was delicious! Excellent bar meal whilst staying at nearby caravan site. Outstanding service. Have been here a few times with family who live in the area. A proper old fashioned local pub with a good menu and a nice range of beers. Definitely recommended if you're in the area.
