This is an amazing super entertaining place where you can do a lot of cool and fun things!!!!🥳🥳🥳For parents: joy for their and a little rest, because the is always with various: climbing frames, slides, trampolines, riding electric cars, building a house from plastic blocks similar to Lego …… Children are happy to spend time here👍👌👍😉Here you can also eat delicious food and drink a cup of excellent coffee! We celebrated our daughter's several years in a row right here!!!👍 I honestly was shocked when we arrived 15 minutes after they opened. The place was so dirty, trash everywhere, spills everywhere and for months a big part of their playground has been closed off due to the fact that it’s broken, but they still ask twice the price because it’s summer vacation. On top of that the rides for the slide were nowhere to be found. When we asked for them they laughed and told us kids move them around all the time go look for them. Ok? So when we did and they were nowhere they didn’t bother to go check if maybe they were in the back. When I also told them that the place has so much trash and spills everywhere the person behind the desk also laughed and didn’t do anything about it. Honestly I thought it couldn’t get any worse, but this monkey town def is in need of staff that actually clean the place and make sure everything is alright. And if not and a concerned parent approaches them and tells them about these things, they should not laugh, but instead do something about it. Very disappointed. FYI, these are not even the worst pictures since I didn’t have my phone with me when we were actually inside the climbing parts. Do not recommend it for parties if you have a large gathering. We booked one of the packages on their website quite in advance from the date we were planning to celebrate on. Just 2 days before the party, their customer support team calls to tell us that the no. of supervisors per cannot be more than one, which means one parent with one child, including us, the parents of the kid, only one of us was allowed to accompany our whose it was. I mean come on! By then we had already sent out the invites and both the parents of each invited were expected to come. After much discussion with their team, we had to cancel our booking, because they were not "customizing" anything as they call it. Because we had already sent out the invites, we tried again to discuss with a proposal that we had to come up with, not them! They just say no to everything. At last, we had to buy separate tickets for our guests other than the price we had paid for the package. Even if their idea is to reduce the crowd, or the no. of adults accompanying children, they should come up with smarter plans and not just blindly follow what's written in the policy. Ultimately the same no. of people as we had proposed earlier attended the party, but because it's in their policy, they were not allowing the same guests to join the table. I don't understand if there's any sense at all in this policy. Food is very pricey and safeth is not quite monitored by staff. Its small though so children can run around freely without losing them out of sight too long. This is a great place to come with kids and get some work done (if you work from home). Meeting Chris was really nice. He’s a great member of staff and was very helpful. Been to this Monkey Town today. It was many children's parties. Upon entering we had something like that it's busy. The clerk at the cash register was busy. But welcomed us neatly. He mentioned that wearing socks within Monkey Town was mandatory. I didn't have socks so I bought them from them. Super cool because the kids liked it. The fries were very tasty. We enjoyed coffee while the children were playing. The monkey also stopped by, the kids loved it. Thank you and see you soon ☺️ I visited Monkey Town in Rijswijk last Saturday, and it was incredibly busy. The staff member working in the kitchen was moving at lightning speed, trying to handle everything. Later, there was an issue with my order, and I asked to speak with the person from the kitchen since it was taking a while for my food to be ready. He explained that it was very busy, which was why there was a delay. He also mentioned that if anything else came up, I should ask for the manager because he was the one in charge. Big compliments to this guy. He worked hard, stayed calm under pressure, and clearly has control over his team. It was a great day overall, and I look forward to coming back next time! The microwave used for heating is not at all clean. Can't even use it for heating my child's food. When I opened the oven, house flies came out. Imagine the hygiene inside. Pathetic. And when I informed the staff, they showed as if "Is it my job to clean".
