It's a lovely little 9 hole course which makes you think about each shot and takes approximately 2 hrs to get round as a mid handicapper. A driver isn't really needed as it's all par 3's/4's. Greenkeepers do a great job and it's in fantastic condition considering all the rain we've had. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The other plus is they have golf simulators called "the bunker" next to the pro shop. The only downside is the driving range is too short but I do understand why and there aren't any nets too properly loosen up before a round. All in all give it a try! Just rocked up and hit a load of balls (badly) at the driving range. £7.20 for a bucket of 75. Like the look of their Bunker indoor golf area. Going to try it out soon. It’s a lovely nine hole golf course. I very much enjoyed my round, and the friendly welcome I received both before and after the golf. Good, fun course with a few hazards and things to make it interesting. Afterwards I had a cold beer and a sandwich in the clubhouse which again was very nice. Would recommend to all golfers, new and old. Need to spread the tee times, short course with a constant queue of 3 groups on every hole. Course is fine & staff friendly. Obviously doing something right to be so busy, but being stacked on top of each other wasn’t for me. What a Fantastic Place the bunker is a great venue with all the latest technology and the lovely Lisa can’t do enough to assist you with whatever you need 👊👊👊 John , Ali and the team at Deanwood made our wedding day beyond perfect.
