Perfect balance of puzzle and help are given during the event and the technology used is excellent. If you like rooms, don't miss any at this location, they are the best in the area. One of the best I've ever done. Had the pleasure of taking part in the Wild Wild West and had a brilliant time! They staff were so kind, the was set up beautifully, and the puzzles were so much fun to solve! I hope to come back soon to do the other! Brilliant (Wild West theme), don't want to give anything away but there was so much to solve and keep us busy. We've done several in neighbouring towns and this was our favourite. We booked this for our son and his friends (young teens) for a party: Janos couldn’t have been more engaging and hard working as a - he took so much time to get to know the boys, made sure they understood the and maximised their involvement in all aspects of the game. Most of the boys hadn’t been to an before but he has now set the bar very high as they all were so impressed at the array of interactive challenges, including laser guns, and so many immersive parts of puzzles and codes. Janos was also very generous with allowing time for everyone to be briefed and understand all the objectives of the game. Thanks for a afternoon and such a memorable party! (Ps location is fairly hard to find but basically it’s behind the car wash, so look out for that! And there is parking which is another bonus too) Definitely the best experience that we've done. Our host, Janos, clearly knows how to engage people at all levels and is very helpful at exactly the right point during the when you need a nudge in the correct direction! Of course we won’t give any of the away but it’s a superb theme and extremely well done. There was a range of different puzzles and plenty of clues given if needed. The only thing that ruined our trip slightly was the member of staff on duty. On arrival we were greeted nicely and he was really friendly, however when asked if we "had time before the room", followed by him sitting down and asking quite personal questions, me and my friend (both aged 17) began to feel quite uncomfortable. This continued for about 20 minutes and after being asked if there was someone expecting us home afterwards, my friend and I were prepared to leave.
