We did not have family here and therefore did not have alot of help in the beginning but she made us feel as if we were with family. She was always one step ahead and knew exactly what we needed. She took excellent care of both me and the baby, and patiently taught us so many useful things during that first, most difficult week. She was proactive and attentive – we never had to ask her for anything, she was always one step ahead. We felt very lucky to have her support, and I would highly recommend Mellanie as your kraam nurse. We just recently used Kraamzorg Mama for our Maternity Care. Jill was amazing. She was very sweet and very helpful. She though us all the essentials about taking care of a newborn, so we felt confident taking over when she left. She explained very well, took her time to show us everything we to know. She also gave us the rest we needed, when we it, and helped around the house with laundry, cooking and cleaning. I couldn't have been happier to have had Jill with us for that week.
