Didn't use the facilities or cafe so can't comment on those. Did see you could buy a beer though which I thought was great! I just felt underwhelmed for £8.50 for 1 adult & a 1 year old. My son couldn't use everything and the designated under 2 section was ok but still a lot for £8.50 Many other similar places that charge a lot less locally. It wasn't busy, this was 3pm on a weekday. Would likely go more regularly if it was cheaper as sometimes I'm just looking for something to do for an hour. Staff were very nice, helping me out - I didn't know the area. Granddaughter enjoyed it, one of her favourite places. Worth the money as she can tire herself out while I sit and have a coffee. 2 hour slots are plenty long enough. This playcentre is Excellent and I have been in a few. The staff are lovely, friendly and helpful 😀 its always clean and tidy. I ordered a pizza and it was delicious. My niece really enjoyed it and we will definitely be returning. Michelle and Myha-mae 💕🌈❤️ Lovely place, I felt that my kid(3y o) was very safe playing there. Lovely staff, Recommend and we will deffo go back We had a birthday party here today. All the staff were so lovely and friendly. It was very clean. We used the party room upstairs and the loved the bubbles and foam disco! First time here with my almost 2 year old, she loved it. The toddler area is good and plenty to play on over all. Didn’t order food but the menu and food that came out looked good enough. Good value for money, will definitely return. Iced coffee was nice! Just had a joint party hosted for our two children this weekend. Staff were very attentive and kept us informed throughout. The centre is well looked after and there's plenty for to do there. Refreshments are much nicer than most soft play options and bathrooms were clean too. Party room.was a great way to round up the day and nothing was too much when it came to helping get he settled and fed. One member of staff overheard another parent ask about dairy free options and offered to switch out their lunch pack without any fuss. Definitely took the stress and hassle out of a party of 30! Thank you for an awesome time - all the loved it Brilliant place to bring your to burn off some energy. There are both busier and quieter sessions, which is great—most soft plays I’ve visited before are absolutely packed with kids, and it can be a bit of a nightmare. The staff are friendly, and there are loads of activities for children. The play area is varied, with plenty of slides, interactive zones, and themed sections to keep them entertained. It’s well worth a visit for a few hours of fun for children and the whole family. There’s even a Build-a-Bear-style activity, where can either build their bear on-site or take it home to do themselves.
