We visited the shop for the first time early on Saturday afternoon. I love the set up of the shop, horses and cafe, however the attitude of the staff in the shop leaves a lot to be desired. We waited a long time to be served for a riding hat fitting, both sales assistants completely overlooked us and kept serving other customers. Surely it’s the job of the sales assistants to know who’s next. Eventually we got served, the sales assistant was curt, abrupt and downright rude. My poor daughter was frightened to death of her. We then paid and once again the sales assistant on the till was rude. My daughter had been looking forward to buying her first riding hat for months and I have to say the experience was not pleasurable. The lady’s working here need some serious training on customer service care. I spent a lot of money and got treated like rubbish.
