Called Mark as I had a DPF caption on my Honda CR-V. He came the same day, diagnosed and in a couple of hours. Absolute wizard who knows his stuff, would definitely recommend. Mark was brilliant from start to finish. He advised over the phone that without checking the diagnostics he couldn’t be sure what the issue I had was. Once hooked up to the computer he was able to confirm that I needed a new pipe for the exhaust pressure sensor (Mark did try his very best to it out but unluckily for me it was completely blocked) he also advised i may need glow plugs. Mark spoke to my usual garage to relay the information which was a big help also. Even though my issue wasn’t right away he was able to clear out the DPF anyway, and at least I know what the issue is and can get that sorted. Would highly recommend, Mark was knowledgeable and professional throughout The Mrs Toyota Yaris had lost power so I thought it might be a turbo problem. Had my local mechanic check it on his diagnostic and he told me it was the DPF filter that was clogged with soot. So, phoned around a few companies as you do. Most wouldn't even touch a Toyota. The others wanted me to take the car in Monday to Friday so they could run the diagnostic themselves. None would give me a price. Then by chance I found Mark. Absolutely fantastic!
