Channah Hewitt was a blast! Beautiful in the inside, comfortable seating, professional lights... what a great Theater to have in town. This stunning theatre centrally located in Gouda is a sprawling huge creative space with two theatres and spacious reception rooms. The productions are top notch, and every week differs from the previous one. You can also book a drink and snack to enjoy during the interval. The two theatres are in fantastic condition with plush seats and good acoustics. The bars are served by passionate staff and their service is prompt. I love to spend a few hours here! This is a nice theater in Gouda, they regularly have different shows here and it is a cosy venue. There is limited parking at the venue itself so if you do plan to go me sure to either go early and get a good parking space and maybe enjoy a stroll in the city and maybe grab something to eat. There are lots of they food places near by. A good recommendation would be the cow and cheese. Love this theatre. The experience starts already at the entrance. They don't just scan your ticket but you're always warmly welcomed by the hosts who are dressed in this typical theatrical manor. A detail I really appreciate. From the wardrobe to seating, everything runs smooth and quickly. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The main theater has a great atmosphere, I like the round shape, to me this is what a theatre should look like. Great view and sound of the stage no matter where you are seated. My only minor issue is the narrow space between the seats. For tall people (which there are a lot of) there is not enough legroom to sit comfortable. Looking forward to my next visit. There's a lovely reception area where they serve drinks and food and it's very cozy. Dorian was an exceptional show with some incredible talent. A total must-see. It was mesmerising and totally enthralling.
