I do not have the words to describe the kindness and hospitality of the lady who owns this restaurant. Actually, we couldn't order anything because we didn't have any cash at that time but we asked the kind lady owning the restaurant if she accepts the credit card or USD dollars but unfortunately she didn't accept that for some reasons. But the kind lady insisted on giving us free coffee and did not accept even one dollar. We loved the place and the owner of the place very much, and we will come again to compensate for the previous time. This lady deserves many thanks and much gratitude. Met mijn ligfiets tour ik iedere zomer door de provincies Drenthe, Groningen en Friesland. Sommige fietsstops blijven je bij, bijvoorbeeld door de mooie ligging of de heerlijke koffie.. zo óók deze stop. Heerlijke koffie en ijs met verse aardbeien! Dus hier stop ik gemiddeld 2 keer per fiets seizoen 😉 Verassende plaats tijdens de fietstocht gevonden erg vriendelijk en voor een mooie prijs kan je een mooie goede lunch krijgen. Ook nog wat archeologische vondsten te bekijken.
