There is a McDonalda in middle of nowhere. You need to dive off the high way to get into it. It’s called “Tartary” like polish Tatar’s mountains but it’s not in mountains and I didn’t see any bigger hill even close by. Also didn’t see any ethnicities Tatars here so i think the name is a big lie. Also no even tzatziki spice, cipagas or morskie oko anywhere. Other then that it’s not that clean. Maybe it’s because halny is not too strong here enough as it’s super far away from any mountains. Just strange. Quite easy to miss the exit from the main road. Czekałem, aż 20 min gdzie w żadnym innym Mc nie spotkałem się z takim długim czasem oczekiwania na jedzenie. Moje zamówienie nie było wyjątkowe ani nie wymagało nie wiadomo ile czasu, ale okej rozumiem wszystko. Odebrałem zamówienie i sprawdziłem czy wszystko jest. No i oczywiście jak za każdym razem gdy zamówię zawsze czegoś brakuje. Podchodzę mówię że nie dostałem kanapki. Czekałem aż 7 min na brakującą kanapke. Przez ten czas reszta mojego jedzenia ostygła. Żadnego przepraszam od pracowników nie usłyszałem tylko podano mi i tyle. Ja rozumiem restauracja szybkiej obsługi, ale czekając prawie 30 min ale nie mieć 5s czy nawet 10s i nie powiedzieć żadnego słowa skruchy to bardzo słabo ze strony obsługi. Co do jedzenia… Zawsze to pakowane nie chlujnie , tak aby tylko było mam takie wrażenie .Zawsze zamawiam burgera Jalapeno kiedy jem w mc Donald’s, wiem że pikantny, ale w tym Mc’u on za każdym razem nie do zjedzenia poprostu nie pikantny a bardzo ostry nie wiem czy to po złości robione ale nigdy w żadnym mc’u nie spotkałem się z taką ostrością. Nie polecam tego punktu Mc Donald’s Tatry. Wpadliśmy przejazdem na trasie, kawa okazała się wybitna! Zamówiliśmy Karmelowe Latte Macchiato na mleku bez laktozy. I ordered and waited for at least 15 minutes but they did not deliver my order. After I contacted them they found that they forgot to deliver my order which was already prepared and the fries were cold. They made a mistake but showed no respect for the incident or any apologies . I understand we are customers crossing the highway, so they didn't want to show us any respect, but we come here to eat and they get their salary from there, so they should respect us. Food is worst. Not upto the McD standard. Service is also not good. We tried to complaint about food and approach the service staffs but they were not corperative and made laugh at us. I ordered wrap. Paper was sticked to the wrap and was preaperd badly. Coffee was also not good.
