We enjoyed our stay there. The nearby traffic didn't bother us. The warden was friendly and helpful. A bakery van came around in the morning. A pleasant walk into to see the sites. There is no shade. There is a play area for the kids. Fantastic Área with the most incredible view of the fortress, short walk/cycle into the centre where there are lots of cafes bars, tapas, and shops - so much history in this place, it's definitely somewhere to visit. The has ehu, motorhome service points, hot showers, laundry, rest area. There's a large market every Tuesday adjacent to the site. Great reception, very knowledgeable about the area, providing a well documented map..excellent hosts, lovely site,very quiet, with good bars,tapas supermarkets and a castle to explore, all amenities well serviced and looked after..Great stop over..thanks. Excellent autocaravana in a good position right next to town, supermarkets close. Sensible price. Gated at night. Quiet location despite being near a main road. Easy to find (walking distance to Lidl). Clean showers and hot water at the washing-up facilities. Washing machine and dryer available. Staff are friendly. There's a big area at rear and side for dog walking. This is a terrific urban campsite! From entry to exit the staff/management were warm and welcoming. The facilities were spotless, clean and comfortable. The pitches are well spaced, roomy, level and the is also tiered. We thought we'd just have one night there but being in the we decided to spend an extra night there so I could sort out our Internet and get a haircut. The is really pleasant and has enough for us with decent bars and cafés. Alas, we did not visit the fortress but it isn't going anywhere so we will check it out on our next visit. Excellent. All facilities and easy walk to everything (well, steep up the hill to the castle isn’t, but that’s not the parking fault 😂) Owner manager is great, advising which bars and restaurants and shops are best for whatever. Forget the train, it doesn’t go anywhere interesting. Super motorhome park set just outside this historic town. Friendly and helpful staff, very clean facilities and decent WiFi. Very handy for visiting the hugely impressive castle, which is free if you go after 3pm on Tuesdays. We also had a lovely walk up into the hills. Highly recommended. Nice place, lovely owners with lidl and good churros/pizza next to the area. Also there is a good walk up the hill with dogs - so you can have nice dog walks in the nature with a fanastic view to the castle (worth a visit as well) Everything is clean and well maintained Very good for motorhomes, , within walking distance of the whole town.
