We booked a water bike session online at the end of our holiday in August 2024. We received an email from the organisation to say the water levels were too low. They gave us the option of rebooking or having a refund. We were going home the day after the booking, so asked for a refund. We got home and no refund had arrived into our account. We have emailed them countless times and they have not responded, terrible customer services and we are still out of pocket. There are plenty of other great places to visit in this area, I would suggest avoiding this particular tourist attraction! I would not recommend them. Had a brilliant time at the bread making class, the staff were friendly and spoke excellent English. Our guide did a fantastic job of presenting in both English and French. Fabulous visit - great guide Fantastic morning that started with some bread making - really fun and engaging for our 8-year-old (and her parents) - and then a fascinating tour of the mill. Our guide (who was also our tutor with the bread) spoke perfect English when we needed it, and was happy to answer endless questions. Great to see such heritage preserved.
