We were en route to on a Sunday, and knew that most things would be closed, and so when we spotted signs for this we saw that it was open and decided to go. It's a fantastic little place, with plenty of information about the history of cognac, pineau and how they're both made (in addition to a section on cigars and chocolate). The family are very knowledgeable, and explained to us everything about what we were tasting at the end. Whilst isn't for us (yet), we left with a delicious bottle of pineau, lovely pictures and a lot more knowledgeable ourselves! We never did make it to in the end, and we don't regret it!
