Après plusieurs appels et mail afin de demander de me renvoyer mes places de concert que je n'arrivais pas à charger, je n'ai rien reçu. N'habitant pas proche de Béthune je ne suis donc pas allé au concert sans savoir si je pouvais rentrer sans places. Suite à un appel le lendemain, on ne veut pas me rembourser et on ne me propose rien en dédommagement.. Très bonne qualité de service...
