The meat we were served was so dry that we honestly questioned whether it had been cooked that day—or maybe the day before. Most of the staff were polite, but the red-haired waitress managed to turn a simple request for extra fries into an exercise in arrogance. As if that wasn’t enough, the second round of fries arrived with a strong fishy taste. Fries that taste like fish? That’s not just disappointing, it’s unacceptable. Our friends were embarrassed to have brought us here, and we don’t blame them. But future customers deserve to know what they might be walking into. This was a bad experience from start to finish, and unless serious improvements are made, it’s hard to see why anyone would recommend this place.
