This is one of the interesting place in Austria, with many small attractive pit stops. Good for a days visit, small hiking is inclusive. Hier gibt es mehrere Rundwege. Wir sind den grünen, den Moorwald Erlebnisweg gegangen. Vorbei an zahlreichen interessanten Stationen. Ein sehr schöner Wanderweg. Nachdem wir uns letztes Jahr übel verlaufen hatten, sind wir dieses Mal den blauen Schildern gefolgt (Holzhackersteig) und siehe da: Sind nach ca. 30 min wieder am Auto raus gekommen. Umsonst ist die Gaudi auch noch, also immer ran an den Speck. Das Moor ist übrigens zauberhaft, weiß aber nicht wie man da hinkommt... A very nice walk in the forrest (about 4.5 km long) also suitable for small children, children trolleys, people with reduced mobility, bicycles. There is only one place near the Kneipp facility which has rather more roots and stones which is not so Ideal for trolleys and bicycles. Otherwise there is everywhere nice forrest road. This trail has many places where you can just relax and rest or amuse the children which motivates them to go on (we went it with 2 and half old son) and he was able to go it on his own almost all the trail. You can learn something about the moss, forrest, trees, local history, Kneipp's treatment for rheumatic diseases and you can try to improve your blood flow in your arms and feet in a very cold water and or let the moss act too. There are 3 stations where you can drink fresh water from a spring. There is also pathway where you can go with you bare feet. We've been coming here since 3 years once or twice a year since I was first time pregnant, later with a trolley, now with son and second pregnancy. It's a very nice calming place, inspiring and gives you impress, that you're really somewhere deep in the woods in the mountains, bud actually you're on the edge of a small town Bad Leonfelden. Ein sehr nett gemachter Wanderweg. Man kann sich einige Rundwege aussuchen. Ein kleine Stelle ist schwierig mit kinder- oder Bollerwagen auf Grund von Wurzeln (ca 150m). Der Rest geht einwandfrei. Der Abstand der Stationen ist optimal, sodass die Kinder genug Pause haben und die Runde spielend durchlaufen können.
