I had my first trying on at Wed2Be, and I thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful decor and welcoming vibe of the shop. The attendant assisting me was pleasant; however, she seemed a bit rushed throughout our appointment. For my first time trying on dresses, I would have preferred a more relaxed and detailed approach to make the truly memorable. I was looked after by Rylie and had the best ever experience! Thanks a lot for your professionalism and kindness, you made this very special for me. Had the most wonderful when trying on on Friday. Megan was so attentive, patient and talented in her ability to help me the perfect dress. The felt so very special and she made it so! Without me even really being able to articulate fully what kind of style I wanted, Meg had a great gut instinct and magical ability that landed me with my dream dress, as well as the perfect accessories to match. Can I just start off by saying what a completely lovely human being Rhianna is. I was so nervous and suffer with anxiety and she was so calming, completely understood my needs. She went absolutely above and beyond to help me my dream dress. She is a credit to Wed2b Southampton and I really hope she receives recognition she deserves from the company. Nothing was too big of an ask, she was honest and reassuring. She also helped me at ease as I can very awkward around people. All of the I tried on were stunning! I did some research online before I went so I had a rough idea of what I wanted I just needed to try it on to see if the style suited my figure. I was actually dreading shopping because of the attention however Rhianna completely turned this around and made me at ease so I enjoyed myself. I arrived with my whole troop of bridesmaids to try on bridesmaid dresses, to a size, and style everyone liked. As I am a emo/alt girl I'm opting for the black and the ladies there very kindly let my bridesmaids each try a on! And we have now since gotten the idea to do a theme night in the hen do! In terms of service, I can't fault them. They were really understanding and helpful as there was so many of us, as well as another bride in the store, and my lot are beautiful loud and chaotic! All seven of my ladies found the right style which suited their frame, and I'll be back to purchase their when we're closer to the date. I just want to thank the ladies there on Thursday for assisting us in, what I am sure, was a very "different" sort of group than they are used to, and they weren't phased at all. They were really understanding about my bridesmaids diabetic assistance dog, and were sweet enough to let me try on a so my bridesmaids could see what I looked like in white. They were kind as well when I accidently broke the rule and put on a without a consultant in the dressing room with me! They had the patience of a saint, and could not have been more friendly. Will be back in February to order the girls dresses, thank you for a lovely two hours of your time My bridesmaids and I visited the a few weekends ago after hearing that walk-ins were welcome. We had an experience! I had the lovely Daisy assisting me, and she asked lots of questions to help me narrow down what I liked, and the she pulled were stunning. I didn’t expect to walk away with anything that day, but she managed to me my absolute dream on the third try, and I said yes to the dress! Daisy and the other ladies made my so special, I highly recommend WED2B Southampton! Great experience. It was my first time trying on dresses. Everyone was lovely and very welcoming. Spent almost 3 hours this morning with Megan who was super knowledgeable about the stock. She was so helpful and friendly, and just let me take my time. She found a similar to a style I’d requested, which was the one I eventually chose! I went with a bolero and she brought several styles to compare the effect over the dress, and recommended a seamstress who could make the needed alterations. She also brought several veils to compare styles and lengths. Would recommend! What exceptional service from Megan today, so patient, warm and caring. The consultant I had was called Megan and she was absolutely fabulous! An absolute credit to the Southampton store. I was nervous, not knowing what to expect but she was so friendly and helpful. I came out with a I NEVER expected to have gone for, it was like she knew me better than I even knew myself! I was a bit body conscious but she helped me something that complimented my body and even introduced me to PERFECT accessories to make me love it more! I loved you could just walk in without an appointment. We were made to comfortable and special. Maddy asked all about my big day and was interested in both myself and my daughter. We tried on 3 before deciding on the one. The process going forward was explained well and even though I was able to pay for the in full today, they were able to the for me until I can a safe space for it. It was a wonderful experience. Megan was amazing, she knew exactly what I wanted and the first she picked out was sooo close to what I wanted. We only needed to try on 6 and found ‘the one’ on the 4th! She helped me pick a veil, belt and veil topper to compete the look and packaged it up beautifully. I am so excited for my wedding! I visited after travelling 4 hours from Leeds to Southampton to try a on what I thought would be my dream dress. When I got there I was so nervous as I went on my own with non of my bridal group but the girls were so warm and welcoming. The manager was so understanding and such a lovely woman. Rylie was my allocated lady to help me in and out of and help me choose my dream and she went over & above to make my day so special! In the end I said yes to a completely different what I went down for! I owe the manager & Rylie and the whole team a thousand thank you’s for today. She helped picked out and we tried different styles. Amy made me so comfortable throughout and listened to what I liked and didn't like . Amy went a with a wild card and it was the one I said yes to. She was amazing!! thank you again I had the best at Wed2B. All the staff were welcoming and Amy-Leigh was the perfect person to help pick my dress. I couldn't be happier with my dress, accessories and all round experience. I've dropped one star purely because they didn't have any of the I'd seen online and was hoping to try on. However, Maddy was very friendly and welcoming and Lily was absolutely fantastic directing me towards in my size that fit my criteria and they were all stunning. Lily actually picked out the one I purchased and it's perfect for the of my wedding. She also helped me look for accessories to complete the whole look and there were plenty of options. I think WED2B is a great option. Me and my aunts visited the yesterday to have a look at styles and immediately found a few to try on. Megan was AMAZING! I suffer with anxiety and things like this tend to make me a bit uncomfortable but I instantly felt comfortable and actually excited to try on with Megan's help.
