I stayed in that hotel for a few days and I had to go out every night because the place was boring. The view is great, though. I can't recommend it. There are so many other places in town, full of life and joy. Average prices. A kind of club where the notion of lounge means not relaxation and rest, since they use a very aggressive music, always too loud. The chief staff is rude and arrogant. In his view, clients must be alienated, have no right to give suggestions and have no right to communicate with each other. Very, very tasty food and a high quality service. Alexandru super ,servici! We had our wedding party at Sofia! The team was absolutely incredible - nothing was too big an ask, they were totally on it on the day. Before our event they were very responsive and helped us organise everything from afar! The food was very yummy and waiters really attentive with drinks! We loved every second of it!
