Nothing special. also when you go in for one or treatment, they are constantly asking of u want to go into sauna or have a facial, which all cost more. Be careful of ALL extras they offer as they all cost MONEY. Shame about constant hard sell. 5 star all the way. I paid 25.00 Euro just for a gel Nail polish and mild cuticle debridement. No bath, exfoliation or massage. I asked why, the receptionist said , Gel Nails can't get wet? WHAT? Never had the issue in the USA. ANYWAY, the spa is lovely, the was good, the grounds were serene and beautiful. The receptionist speaks English, but not the Nail tech. 😑 I called on Saturday to make an appointment for Monday. I asked for a and pedicure.. When I got there I was greeted and by the front desk receptionist , who spoke English, so communicating was easy. They follow Covid protocol, Temps check and masks indoors. I was taken to the pedicure spa area. The NAIL TECH , did not speak English, so the receptionist told the Nail tech what I wanted. When the Nail tech finished, I asked why they did not do a full service pedicure, ( the tub bath, leg massage, exfoliate the heels and rough edges) the receptionist told me that because I chose a gel type Nail polish they could not get my feet wet. Hmm, I have had quite a few pedicures all over the world and have not found that anywhere. So basically I paid 25.00 Euro to have the toes clipped, filed and painted with a gel Nail color. They were nice, but I'm still gonna question why there was no notice upfront and still charge me for full service. The was wonderful, the Masseuse, definitely knew her way around the table. She did complete front and back; chest ,stomach ,buttocks. 60.00 euro for 1 hour massage. She brought a fruit drink in after massage. There was a shower and bathroom in the room, however, you will have to ask for shower gel, etc, They don't keep supplies in the room. The spa was relaxing and beautiful, I will definitely go back. The grounds are well kept and secluded with the backdrop of Lago Patria. I think it would be a great couple retreat or ladies pampering party! I love this spa and visit it every year. They have wonderful masseuses, nice rooms with Turkish baths, a wonderful outdoor lounge area that runs flush with the lake, and they are always offer house made smoothies when you finish your massage. Wonderfull very professional and the service is quite commendable. I enjoyed my visit. Beautiful setting. Large variety of services and treatments. Very relaxing. English is spoken by some. Lovely service!! I had a 1700appt today for normal 1hr relax massage. I was greeted with a warm smile and a cup of tea. Everything is provided for you to get ready before the massage. The lady who massaged me today was gentle and thorough. Her hands were warm and glided across my muscles with a gentle smelling oil. I told them my sore spots before we started and so she spent some extra time in those areas. She did both sides of my body front and back and even did my face. I like when she pressed down on my joints because it felt as if my body was being straightened back out. I also liked that she passed over each muscle several times to make sure she got all the parts of it. After she is done she quietly and gently tells you it's finished. This was good because I was almost asleep!! She offered tea again so I said yes and she came back with fruit and tea!! You pay at the end and then they offer other products or services they think will help if they notice impurities in the skin or something like that (just an fyi).
