I started with a cold Italian beer and aperitif, which consisted of bruschetta, fried mozzarella, and buffalo mozzarella. It was excellent, so I was somewhat nervous about the that was recommended. A few minutes went by, and the waiter came out with a fresh and hot masterpiece. It was basic and rustic in its form. No fancy stuffed crust or overload of toppings. It was a sauce, buffalo mozzarella, and the magical vessel…the dough. So this is where it gets chaotic. Once I delivered all three things onto my pallet, a mixture of emotions entered my brain and soul. Happy because I had finally realized one of my wishes, angry because my taste buds had been denied and lied to for so many years.
