I'm giving only 1 star to this place because it's very expensive to get in and customer service stinks. They don't know about each other. The food is served by only 2 people and you have to wait a lot, then the restroom was out of toilet paper. It isn't worth it to go there. Am fost doar la Spa, care dau 5 stele. Raportul pret calitate este excelent, bazinele cu apă sărată de la Cacica subt perfecte atât tratament, cât și relaxare. Saună uscată și umedă și salina sunt locul ideal a alunga stresul dupa i saptamana grea. Urmeaza sa incercam si partea de masaj, de care nu stiam.🙂 We loved it! Will for sure have more fun there in the future. The place is clean, well managed, staff are friendly, services are of high quality. Are două bazine cu apă sărată (unul cu apă rece - micuț, celălalt cu apă caldă, din păcate, nu destul de caldă, avea doar 35 de grade). Mai este un bazin mic cu apă dulce (rece). Saună umedă, saună uscată, jacuzzi, salină. E curat, nou, la recepție era o domnișoară drăguță. Păcat că există mulți clienți care nu respectă regulile; am mai văzut locuri frumoase deteriorate rapid… Se intră în piscine fără dușul prealabil, în saună fără prosopul necesar, se sare în bazin, se mănâncă din traistă mâncăruri mirositoare… Nice for Iasi area but the big slides were closed today and the water could be a lot cleaner. Also, the small slide only functioned for a limited time and there was little water flowing to help kids slide. Impresive that such park was built near Iasi but it needs better management and replacing the pool water with clean water often. Kids had fun though, which is great. Great for children's. The reason I did not gave them 5 stars is because they didn't open at the same time all the aqua sliders and the food ordered at 10 am arrived at 15 pm. It was an okay experience overall, but not really worth the price per person, which is pretty expensive . It's marketed as an aquapark, and while there are rides, they weren’t all running at the same time. Each one had to be activated individually by a staff member, so you could only use one ride at a time , which meant waiting around for hours just because they wouldn’t run the water. Also, the pool had some insects, and no one seemed to be maintaining it. Aside from that, the rest was fine. Great place for kids and comfortable for adults. Location is good but the food is very expensive and non comestible.I bought "meniul zilei" for 35 lei but the food was awful, cooked like yesterday. I do not recommend! Am fost pe 31 august, am ales acest loc datorita recenziilor bune, dar am fost total dezamagiti. Apa rece, multa mizerie mai ales in piscina destinata celor mici cu multe insecte, unele f. mari. La spa saunele nu functionau, doar in urma unor plangeri( tratate cu mare lipsa de profesionalism tipic romaânesc) din partea a mai multor oameni au inceput tarziu sa dea drumu la saune, la spa din nou apa din bazine rece. Mâncarea cu un meniu deloc variat si cu o calitate extrem de mica si la un pret nejustificat. Am intalnit mai multi oameni total nemultumiti care tot asa au venit in urma recenziilor. Raport calitate-pret=0. As zice cu o stea peste ce ai putea gasi la un strand public. Nice place near Iaşi ! Pool and aqua park perfect for kids ! Locația arată bine ideal familie cu copii , prețurile mai mult decat decente având în vedere ca mergi la o bază de agrement unde investițiile și întreținerea au niște costuri ridicate. I think its the Best tourist attraction,with really good staff,an enjoyable environment,and the good music gives off good vibes! I 10/10 woukd reccomend if you want to have the best Time ever and i would return! O locatie minunata atat copiii de toate varstele cat si parinti. Totul este curat, ingrijit, personal dragut. Nu te poti plictisi deloc, avand si zona spa cu apa sarata, apa dulce, sauna. Este o locatie aerisita cu mult spatiu si frumos amenajata. Casute, baldachine, sezlonguri, camere la vila. Piscinele copiii sunt o adevarata bucurie, mai ales topoganele. Nu inteleg de ce unele persoane au scris recenzii negative, locul acesta este absolut minunat. Cu siguranta voi mai reveni. Am fost astăzi. Per total ok inafara de faptul ca pe topoganele de copii se dădeau “domni” în toată firea pe lângă copii. Stai cu inima cat un purice să nu ajungă unul din ei peste copilul tău în apă. Dacă nu erau topogane de adulți mai înțelegeam dar așa… Faceți topoganele mici strict copii. Fiind Duminică zi plină la bucătărie nu mai aveau aproape nimic de mâncare , frigiderele aproape goale.
