I would stick with the more tried and true items on the menu, just because they tend to be consistently well prepared. The super high end and super exotic items can be hit or miss. We came to have brunch. The terrace was decorated very lovely and offered a lot of shadow, which was great in the heat of summer. The staff was really nice and the kitchen and bar moved fast with preparing our orders. Overall it was an absolutely splendid experience! a cesspool where people of a certain generation go to stare at people of a younger generation. Aside from the atmosphere, which had potential, the bar service was appalling. I really didn't appreciate being poured a tonic water mixer from a plastic bottle. It made my g&t flat and discouraged me from ordering another. I did see another person being served tonic water from a glass mixer bottle and I thought, well that settles it,: not the place for me, why pay top RON for basic flat tonic water. The chicken was so dry it became chewy, the gorgonzola sauce was very watery, it was dripping and it wasn't sticking to the chicken at all. The mac and cheese also had very watery sauce. I'd expect the cheese from this dish to be creamy, but it was far away from that. The chips and eggs were ok-ish, but not great. The chips were very thin sliced and this made them quite oily and the eggs were too done, the yolk wasn't gooey so you can dip the chips in it. So, 3 dishes, all disappointing - never again.
