The food is amazing but the view is spectacular as well. Lovely and friendly staffs treat you so well. This place could be incredible with that wonderful view so close to the beach, but the food was average and generally oily. The servers kept delivering dishes at one end of the table so by the time it made it to the other end, it was cold or virtually all gone (we were in a large group). The music was truly awful, repetitive techno early in the evening. They could benefit from some carefully curated music from anywhere, maybe the Balearic islands? Worth a visit for drinks and snacks and hopefully they'll sort out the music, oil & distribution of dishes. Great location, directly at the beach,nice interior. Service is really friendly and fast. For the food: On the house we got some red tuna and as a Starter we had ordered some Tataki de Atun. It was fresh and good but not amazing. Had better ones in the area. As a main we had the Seafood Paella. I was expecting more to be honest. This is the worst restaurant we had been to during our 2 week stay around Spain. To start with, they provided some kind of appetizer. Tasted contaminated and fermented. I'm used to eating all sorts of fermented food like kimchi, fermented tofu, fermented vege.... but I knew this wasn't right. We spit out and sent it back immediately. They then gave us four trays of bread. I didn't understand why as a group of two adults and two really young kids, we could consume four trays of bread. I tried one bite, stale! We sent it back too. If we hadn't already ordered our food, we would have walked out. My grilled squid turned out to be alright, which cost 19 euros. My kids fried chicken with chips were burned. My kids accepted the chips but refused to eat the charcoaled brick, which vaguely tasted like chicken. My husband tried one bite of his Moroccan style hummous, nearly vomitted. Again, another dish sent back. Before Zahora, we traveled from Granada, Cordoba, Serville, Cadiz, Ronda.....we were really impressed with high quality of food in Spain but this one just surprised us!!! Can only recommend it for a drink at the beach, but not for food. Great location but rather expensive for traditionnal food. They lacked staff resulting in a mediocre service. Terrible noise … it feels like a discotheque not a beach restaurant honouring the beautiful setting… one cannot hear the ocean… just the yelling and competition as to who is the loudest chiringuito… what happened here?
