Small tasting room, we enjoyed our visit and felt very much at ease. Visited on New Year's Eve 2017; charming small winery with a most enjoyable host/owner whose English is perfectly serviceable. Wines are delicious; I would have bought 2 cases (like the French neighbor who was loading up just as we arrived) but for no way to ship it home inexpensively. If in the Loire and near Saumur, I definitely recommend a visit to get a real, honest view of small French producers in the Loire. Turned up unannounced at the end of working day. Given an unhurried tasting of wines which interested us. Consequently we placed substantial order with our friends. On leaving were given a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine. The following day we returned to buy 2 cases of same wine.
