But kids below 1,2m cant use the best toboggans. What started out as a great resort 5 years ago, has slowly but surely lost it's splendor. The first thing that went is the level of cleanliness of the cottages, quickly followed by the overall state of them. Good maintenance is always going to be important in order to keep your residents feel comfortable. Then onto the hospitality and service level. This too has been in steadily decline over the years. Sometimes customers are simply treated rude and offensive. Then onto delivery services. You can order food to be delivered to your cottage. You can choose from menus that give you an idea, with pictures, about what a particular dish looks like. Now I totally understand that pictures can be deceiving, but when portions are about 1/10 of what is shown then I get the feeling of being scammed. Especially when the prices are already quite steep. Which brings me to the overall value for money verdict. I'm afraid that this is simply not good enough. We've paid quite a hefty sum to stay at Bois aux Daims again this year and quite frankly we regret the spent. This is nothing short of a ripoff with not only accommodations being way overpriced but on top of that everything else costing extra as well. To top that off we have had to wait for about 3 hours before we could get into our cottage (again something related to cleaning), meaning those 3 hours were stolen by CP from us. Great experience! Love it but there's a bit of a long walk especially for little children and elderly from the parking place to the actual aquatic park premises. Maybe some sort of transportation could be sort out Really great holiday park, everything you need on site.. Like always aqua mundo is a fun waterpark/swimming pool. However in this corona time there are things I wouldn't consider safe (l'm a strong believer in the basic precautions, most other precautions are for those who don't comply with the basics). Namely the connection pool from the interior to the outside pool. There is not enough distance between incoming and outgoing swimmers and no way to avoid hitting others in the faster moving water when busy. No one is enforcing the rules. Distincing on the slides including the wild water slide is correctly done and mostly maintaind. there is also a walking route marked, but these are ignored by most and not enforced. Seating is correctly spaced. There are two time slots but a haven't noticed a limit to the amount of people alowed. Bit expensive for a swimming pool with spa when the spa is closed. Vague story about 12 o clock being the latest entry time For a park of 5 birds it has les waterslides then the usual. especially for kids under 7 years old For them there is only one acrive slide. And the shower and lockers area are les convenient then in all the other parcs then i have been to. I have been to 6 other center parcs this one is the most disappointing aqua mundo that i have been to.
