The is decorated by Dior. The and the staff is really good and kind. Because of our honeymoon they served us a complimentary Chandon. This is so lovely. The price is little high but they deserve it. Bad experience for the second time and the last time of this place . anyone who sits on such a high horse falls even lower That’s not the Dior quality thats te price from Dior and the from discounts We attempted to spend money at this establishment twice during our walk to and from Portofino yesterday, but the customer was quite unusual. In the morning, we were told it wasn't open yet, despite other patrons dining and drinking. In the afternoon, we were informed it was fully booked, even though many tables were empty. It felt as though they weren't interested in our business, which is surprising, especially in the off-season in October. Not a great way to treat customers. The price is definitely on a high side, but it was worth if considering the attentive services from the staffs, private locker room, toilet, shower with dior shower gel and safety guard standby. Pasta tasted great- simple but delicious and we were able to spend great time with beautiful Portofino views. Just take note that served water is also chargeable for 2 euro per bottle as we originally assumed that it is a complimentary service. The sunbeds and overall facilities were maintained in a good condition and it was worth the experience One of the best days of my life, great service, excellent location, tasty food, and care for every small detail. Staff was very helpful and attentive, and you had your own privacy and access to the most beautiful water. Elegant Luxus club with great - for a high pricetag but worth every cent of it. The club was recently renovated. it now has whole new parts to the back with a new terrace in. Where you find also warm shower with boutique products from aqua di parma. The flair is elegant luxury. Excellent with people to attend to any wish you might have. You feel more at the pool or the of a five stars resort, than on a club. We come here more than once every year, but this year we were blown away by the new design and the new flair, that was created. Also has to be said that the people working there are really doing everything to make you comfortable. The Lifeguards were very nice and helpfull, If you come with your SUP, like I do, the will help you carrying and handeling the thing. We had also good discussions about the best brands and the addition of a scubajet engine. Special thanks however to frontdeskmanager Laura, who helpful as always and helped us to get the best spot when the weather changed. The whole place gives an italian chic vibe- you are going to love it as I do. We happened upon this spot while walking to Portofino and could walk no further. We enjoyed delicious cocktails overlooking the beautiful crystal clear water in Paraggi. The was amazing and I must give a special shout out to Andrea for his warmth and enthusiasm. Beautiful setting and the decor is influencer worthy but the was horrendous for a that cost $350 for two chairs for the day and a tiny umbrella that only provides enough shade for one chair at a time. Beyond that, the cove the is located in is calm and good for swimming if you have kids but the air is still and stuffy, the is more polluted than other areas nearby and it gets hot! About halfway through the day we were approached by the hostess and two other staff asking rudely if we had a reservation to be in the chairs we’d be in since 10am. We said yes and provided the name of the reservation, at which point we were accused of being in the wrong seats despite being led to these seats by the hostess when we first arrived in the morning. The hostess and waitstaff then proceeded to move our towels and belongings to the very end of the row, with no water view and adjacent to the smoking section and bathrooms to accommodate a groups who’s chairs they claimed we were in. We understand this is their busiest season and they are operating at full capacity, but there is no exception for treating guests so rudely. An accommodation or refund should have been offered for the significant down grade and incredibly rude interaction. If you’re making a trip to Portofino or Santa Margarita, skip the stuffy designer cove and go with one of the local clubs for an overall better experience at a fraction of the price.
