Lovely center owned and operated by two very kind brothers, Luca and Alessandro. We felt comfortable at home and safe. We had a fantastic time. Just perfect! Well located, good briefings, wonderful dives, happy and experienced staff and aperitivo italiana just after. I will definitely come back! Staff was friendly. Price was ok. Booked two (Little Tower & San Fruttuoso Bay). First was a disaster. One of the participants got lost and the instructor was unsure what to do while we were at 15m below. Told him to go up and see if he's at the boat. After ten minutes our was over. The second was decent. We got to take pictures. Unfortunately I still didn't receive those. I've been waiting for over a month now and they've been ghosting me ever since... Also I definitely shouldn't have been charged for the first dive. Everybody knew, that we only went down and got up in between 15 minutes and that's absolutely not my fault. Feels like Massub treats their customers alright, just until they leave the boat. Two star rating only because the instructor Dave seemed to give his best providing me with a positive experience nonetheless. They were very responsive, speak a bunch of languages and were kind enough to change our schedule last minute (due to an inconvenience on our side). We had a wonderful experience and couldn’t be happier. Decided to get our open water license and after browsing through different companies we came across Massub. We decided to go for them after reading the reviews. They couldn’t in fact be more accurate.. staff is great, super fun and friendly, happy mood all the yet extremely professional. In the specific, our instructor was Silvia and she has been amazing in all aspects; teaching methods, patience, professionalism, vibes, skills and overall relationship built. Highly recommended, we can’t wait to do our next here and eventually our next license. Also, after every dive, there is always a small aperitivo offered by them at their office and between dives, while still in the sea, they always bring biscuits and focaccia to refill your energies. A wonderful experience with a listening and very joyful team. Thank you Sylvia for trusting us and giving us a very free and instructive even though we were beginners.
