Impressive soft play and super themed lighting and birthday options. We visited this weekend for a and were really pleased with the venue. It had a great play system, and a secure entry/exit point meaning no escapees! We were walked round to the VIP area for the which was a nice touch as there were ample tables for parents to sit at whilst the kids played. The food upstairs looked delicious and the room had a nice feel to it. The only things which I feel let it down was the sides of the play system netting were quite filthy - years worth of dust I'd say. Also I'd have quite liked there to have been a banister on the top small section of stairs as coming down from the room, they were quite steep and nothing to hold onto. Wan't sure what to expect on taking my 2 year old granddaughter here, but was pleasantly surprised by the facilities. The staff were friendly, and helpful. There is also the chance to get food and drink at reasonable prices. Great place to take your child, nice and safe place to have some adventure and the kids to enjoy, took my grandson of 4 there and had alot of fun, sometimes in this hot weather it's a great option to keep them indoors and out of the sun. Food and drink options too so a good place to visit 👍 Great little family-run soft play. Came here with two very energetic the year olds and they had the best time! Clean, safe and well maintained equipment with something for little kids and a huge slide for the older/braver ones. Coffee is fresh and delicious, music isn't loud and overbearing and the staff are all super friendly. Can't rate highly enough. I would give nothing less than 5 star to this place. Such warm and lovely staff. 1st I came to this place for another and fell in love with the atmosphere. So I immediately booked this place for my son's party. Yesterday we had the and I cannot praise this place enough. Highly recommend everyone if u are planning a birthday party. Staff was so helpful and accomadating. Place is so clean and well maintained. 👌. Car park is small but plenty of place on the road (without yellow line). Food was great and it was so well organised. We took the platinum package and that's what I recommend. I really wanna thank the staff for being so incredibly amazing 👏 🤩 Our 3 year old absolutely loved this place and the variety of activities kept him busy for ages and would have longer if he could! Our 11m old enjoyed the under 3s zone but it is a bit limited in entertainment, luckily the ballpit is excellent! The food was yummy, although we did find a small piece of plastic in the jacket potato chilli. Would definitely return if we are ever back this way Great inside, with lots of different areas for kids. I would say 0-5 ages. Food is freshly cooked and the chips and sausages were a winner. Staff are nice and friendly. Some sort of free water 💦 would be great as all refreshments are purchased. Would come again although parking can be tight 🙂 Big softplay, claims to be family run but feels very corporate and unwelcoming to me. Staff are always grumpy and abrupt. Just an FYI to make sure you take water with you, especially in the hot weather. The cafe doesn't serve tap water, even to children, and makes you pay £1 for a bottle. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ You really can’t go wrong with a here — soft play, great food, and everything organised for you. We went for the Platinum Package and it was totally worth it. Parents left impressed and the kids had the best time! Lily, our host, was brilliant at keeping us updated on timings for food and cake so the whole ran smoothly. And the milkshakes… honestly the best in the area, made with whippy ice cream and loads of flavours to choose from. Delicious!
