Great alley I had to bring my rating down. It bumms me out waiting 30 minutes for food. Then the wings are burnt, but somehow cold. The fries are hot on the outside but not the inside. And it all sits like a brick. It was SO good last year. But now it's just.. lame alley food. The staff, all of the staff is amazing and super polite always. Great facility (but inside a US base, so not open to the public(. downstairs, pool tables, bar, dance floor (we went for the line dancing) upstairs (O18s only). Some food avail and great selection of drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic too). Staff very friendly. Great Center in Hainerberg. The alleys are oiled well. The capital Equipment are in good conditions. On regulare time you can visit with kidz. No problem with space. There is also a Restaurant. Good burgers and Sandwich. Also big pizzas. But there is no refill. This is why one star is missing. Great place for family to bowl. Upstairs has a bar and dance floor. They hold special events on weekends and is really fun 2 SEP 25, ok so impressed with the mozzarella sticks. Updated, the food has gone south. A new contract is coming for an LN business. There will still be some "bar" food, but don't expect the same as before. Nice place to play pool or bowling. The food is decent. They host karaoke events every Thursday. The bartender Mikey and his bar hand are top-notch. Update, the food is actually on point for alley food. Just had a sausage and Hawaiin pizza with some hot wings. We have been there for breakfast, it was terrible, food was burnt and dry, service terrible.13 Euro for 2 pancakes, 2 thin slices of bacon, scrambled egg and 4 mini hashbrowns. Coffee was good but 4 Euro for a cup in a bowlingalley?? Overall the alley should be renovated, all the benches were torn, toilets were old and run down. Family friendly. There is a league on Thursday nights. Food is available but very bland. If you want more than fries or pizza, eat before you get there. If you are planning a birthday party, call ahead to make a reservation and confirm if outside food is allowed. There is also a full bar upstairs with pool tables, dance floor, and slot machines. Upstairs is closed on Sundays. Cash or cards are accepted. The new food provider is super great! Huge improvement! I only went upstairs to the bar. They have Karaoke Thursday's, and it was pretty awesome. They have several stage lights that make the singer feel like they are actually performing at a concert, it's really cool. Very positive atmosphere. Love coming to this place. I bring my daughter and her friends here all the time for birthdays or just girls' day out. The food is really good. It's prepared fast and the prices are reasonable for large families. It's a great spot for lunchtime as well. Great for Trivia every other Wednesday I used to go eat at Shawings restaurant there.
