The length of the is a good 10 minutes walk. The Courtmascherry Bay is an open accessible to the public. Its a long stretch of sandy seaside along the main road of Ballinspittle. Whether you are planning to spend a day or just stopping by for a little dip, you will surely enjoy its serenity. There's a mobile burger stand within the road and you can actually sit on the dainty benches provided by the burger man while waiting for your burger, onion rings and ice cold drink...and of course there's the ice cream van within the area too. My son really enjoyed playing in the sand. It was a short but sweet trip but we will surely be back whenever the weather permits :-) Was a nice and clean. good and big cark park too.
