You can walk around but it wasn't open, I suspect due to COVID although other reviewers mention the hours were inconsistent pre-COVID. Garachico is a charming town and I highly recommend visiting if you're in the area. A place with a small castle, which is described in the guides as a place you must visit. In fact, I was disappointed with the castle. I would recommend the place to anyone who wants to swim and be a little closer to the Atlantic Ocean. Amazing to enter into the Castillo and explore the exhibitions; art and an appreciation of the local services that contributed during the Coronavirus Pandemic. Also the very close vicinity is worth to visit: there are small paths between and along the volcanic rocks. Could be tricky to find a parking spot and the area will probably be busy.
