Buenavista del Norte, Spain Museum

One of the Best Places To Visits in El Tanque Top-rated.online cuts through the clutter, highlighting only the reviews that are most helpful, earn the most likes, or come from the most active contributors. Interesting place to see that deserves more visitors. Besides, it's free. A good try at preserving agriculture history of the area. Whole families worked the land from dawn to dusk but had to surrender half their crop to the landowners. This was swept away in 1970s with the advent of mass tourism. The gruelling reality of that is rapidly being forgotten. It's one of the hidden gems of Tenerife. I love the place. The virtual reality tour works amazingly well. My favourites are the video projections that are perfectly integrated into the space. It feels like a real time machine. Staff is super nice and friendly. The place is absolutely clean and covid safe. One can leave a car there and spend a day hiking through fantastic green landscapes in the area. A charming little museum - free entry and good parking on site. It is about the rural in the area of the time around 1950-1960. What shocked me was that it felt almost a bit like the middle ages. Kind and friendly staff. I was totally alone there when visiting. Also had a nice chat with the lady at reception. Very friendly welcome by the lady at the entrance. Very clean. Free entrance. Recommend including this into hiking plans in the beautiful area, which in spring is full of flowers. Restrooms are plenty and very clean. Amazing place. Visiting this museum is a must if you want to learn about the beautiful people of Tenerife Very well prepared exposition showing farmer’s on Tenerife. Original artefacts and multimedia presentations. Friendly staff. Admission free. Nice little hidden museum. We were just passing by when we saw the sign and decided to stop by. Worth a quick stop, but I would not go out of my way to visit, unless really interested in the farming history. Wonderful depiction of past rural on a room by room basis in a beautifully restored farm building once shared by a number of families eking out their lives. Great place to better understand the of Tenerifian farmers under the share-cropping farming agreement that they were subject to - I recommend! The lady at the entrance is super welcome. PS . Is free A gem indeed! Our visit was a joy. The heartfelt portrayals of rural brought the past to life. A lovely trail nearby offers a peaceful escape, winding its way around the hill." I stumbled upon the Eco Museum, very unsuspecting and I was very pleasantly surprised! I was welcomed by Maite (the blonde girl), who dedicated her time to explaining (in great English!) the concept and how this fascinating museum worked. I learned about traditional farming and how this historic culture operated - a real reality check for how we take modern and conveniences for granted! Well worth a visit. Thanks again to Maite for making my visit so welcoming and interesting. :) Website change monitoring Monitor any webpage for changes – get instant email alerts when prices drop, new jobs are posted, products come back in stock, or competitors update their sites.
