Nice small public garden with a historic landmark. Well maintained. One of our favorite places in Garachico. Such a peaceful, beautiful park. The reason we like to visit, is because of the history, when it was still part of the harbor, predating the 1706 eruption of Montana Negra. It is disappointing to see the antique wine press in such a poor state. The scaffolding and temporary fences have been there for such a long time now. When is the Local Council going to finish the renovation? Not cool that it doesn't get the attention/ priority that it deserves. Lovely little FREE experience, history about the gardens, it only takes a few minutes to walk around, but a nice place to cool off and have a bit of lunch Suggestive landmark. Nothing special, but worth the visit if you find yourself in town. The hole full of greenery that they built around it is beautiful. Was passing through Garachico and came across this park. It’s not exactly your standard - it is set out in an unusual way. The plants are quite nice in the garden. There was a sitting area but then it didn’t seem very nice, as it some metal fencing around - perhaps they were doing so maintenance. Otherwise I liked its uniqueness. However it is only accessible with stairs so if you’re in a wheelchair or having walking difficulties, you might have to enjoy the from a distance. A little we've seen in Garachico. Garachico is a lovely place to visit, so many beautiful places to visit. Tiny green oasis not far from the historic centre. If you need a cool spot on a warm day, this is a perfect place to hide. But this is nice anyway, hence it worth to check. No tickets needed.
