Playa San Juan

Guía de Isora, Spain Beach

Top-rated.online cuts through the clutter, highlighting only the reviews that are most helpful, earn the most likes, or come from the most active contributors. Still truly a Spanish town in Tenerife. It's has lots of bars and restaurants but no hotels and that gives it it's charm it's really quiet and an easy place to visit. Amo este lugar The cove has three steps on which you can lie down. Small stones allow you to lie down without any discomfort or pain. The entrance to the sea is facilitated by a swimming pool ladder. There is no lifeguard so you have to be careful not to end up against the rocks. Rock shoes help you get in and out of the water and avoid bites from sea urchins (many of them) on the seabed. Lovely small fishing village away from the tourist areas. Black sand and stone beach, but with lots of amenities. Lovely views of Mt Teide and La Gomera. Lots of local restaurants and cafes varying from cheap and cheerful to top end. Buses, to the main tourist spots, run very frequently. Driving around is easy as most locals are very courteous drivers. Parking can be a bit hit and miss but it is available in just about every street and there are a few car parks dotted around. Plenty of "local" shops for all your needs. Overall a really lovely little town. Nice beach. Not very crowded. You can park your car for free nearby. For €7.50 you rent two sunchairs with umbrella. The waiter is very helpfull and you can order drinks and food at very reasonable prices. The vieuw is not that great because of the pier. But still, i would say....enjoy Lovely, peaceful Spanish resort on Tenerife with plenty of restaurants, supermarkets and lively walks. Sea is sheltered and quite safe. Sea temp 19 in January. Fajne miejsce, ale nie dla dzieci i tylko dla wprawnych pływaków. Efektowna. The best playa on the west coast if not in the whole Tenerife. Long yet cozy, clean, with gentle descent into water and great infrastructure (clean public wc*, lots of showers, safeguards, wonderfull sidewalk and great views). And lots of great local coffe bars and restaurants around. If you're looking for a silent, not overcrowded with tourists spot, then it's a best choice to spend even few days. *note the wc kiosk is open only between 9-19, when the safeguards are working. Super endroit pour passer des vacances et se reposer dans le calme. Nice beach with promenade and bars. Another hidden part for those who wants to enjoy loniliness Playa entre playas , ideal para familias y solo Nice quiet little town that has more of a Spanish feel to it. Plenty of restaurants and tapas bars. so beautiful! love the quiet local flavor of this little cove Заехали по пути в Лос Гигантес и остались здесь на 3 часа. Красивый променад,кафе не так забиты как в Лос Кристианос, более спокойная атмосфера с прекрасными видами. Хорошее место. Playa San Juan is a wonderfully peaceful destination, perfect for unwinding and connecting with nature.A true haven for those seeking tranquility! Very quiet area compare to Los Cristianos/Adeje/Playa de Las Américas, plus an amazing promenade from where you can see an amazing sunset.
