There are a few shops but I wish there were more dining options facing the giant cliffs. Park in the port. Easy and cheap. Very nice port, a few cafes around and can get trips from here. If you are lucky you may see one of the large rays gliding past and off under the boats. A few eyebrows were raised when I said I was holidaying near Los Gigantes... so I was very pleasantly surprised. Such a lovely place, spotlessly clean, a few nice shops and cafe's. Took a fun trip to see the dolphins. People are so friendly and you must try the ice creams because they are to die for! The marina is fine and the cliffs are spectacular. But if you want to eat or drink your view is this, a row of parked cars. If the cars weren't allowed to park on the land side of the marina I can guarantee every bar and restaurant would be full every day. It's madness and such a shame, both for the local businesses and visitors. Hay restaurantes y tiendas en los alrededores,también una pequeña playa y baños públicos. Se pueden hacer excursiones en barco a los gigantes. Nosotros tuvimos mala suerte cuando fuimos ya que había mucho viento y nos recomendaron hacerlo otro día para no marearnos. Es agradable el sitio para visitarlo aunque uno no vaya a hacer una salida. We stayed in Los Gigantes for a few days and were clearly underwhelmed by the and the beach. At the port, which could have been an amazing experience if you only could enjoy an unobstructed view of the cliffs, we found out that the walkway on the pier is actually permanently closed. This was one of the things we looked forward to as we had seen pictures from the pier.😏 NOT JUST TEMPORARY as the signage might make you beleive. The beach next to the was also another disappointment as the hours are limited and the area that tourists are allowed on is roped off and very limited. It’s marked with flags in the image.
