Was fitted in for a same day appointment, arrived early was seen early. Absolutely fantastic for busy working lifestyles also thanks to the receptionist too he was so helpful and informative. I saw Sarah after being in with my toenail for weeks and numerous courses of antibiotics. Sarah sorted the ailment in around 15 minutes and left full of relief, free, follow up plan in place and reassured to contact anytime in the interim if any problems. Made me feel so at ease. Thank you. I've never been to a podiatrist before. I'd been having problems looking after my own & toenails due to disabilities & started to experience infections & in my toes. I made an with Sarah Jane & it's the best call I've made concerning my feet. She did a full health check of my & explained why I was having problems with my toes & nails in a language I understood. This lady definitely knows her stuff & is extremely professional, efficient, easy to talk to, calming & caring. My are the happiest they've ever been. I can't thank Teesside Podiatry enough for the help, advice & I've received & highly this for the total Healthcare of feet. Thank you for your care and advice. I was referred to Teesside podiatry by my Chiropidist because I have had 2 recurring corns for many, many . Sarah Jane and Stuart are absolutely amazing. I’ve had a called Curacorn which is like a miracle cure after all these of and discomfort. They are so friendly , and absolutely meticulous in the way they treat you . Cannot highly enough and if you need further proof, I travelled to them from Harrogate 3 times over the past 6 weeks to complete this course . Sarah-Jane was incredibly friendly, and patient. I was a little nervous before, as I didn't know what to expect. Sarah-Jane talked me through the whole process, she helped me by instructing me to do deep breathing while she injected the local anesthetic, which hurt, but not much more than an injection from the dentist. During the procedure I didn't feel a thing, and had barely any for a few days after. I am having slightly more now as it heals, but nothing compared to the before of an ingrown toenail, and now at least I know it will go then I will be finally free. My toe is healing really well and the aftercare instructions were clear and easy to follow, so I should be back to normal soon. I honestly wish I had done this ago and would people take the plunge, even if you are worried or nervous, it is never as bad as you think it will be! After many of getting injured, going to Physio, go running then just get injured again I decided to make an with Sarah Jayne. I went 4 weeks ago and she done various tests/examinations and diagnosed my issues on the first appointment. I purchased some insoles and four weeks on and various runs completed I'm now running injury free for the first time in many years. The only issue I have is with myself that I never done it many ago. So if you're contemplating making an appointment, just get it booked. It's definitely money well spent, thanks again Sarah Jayne. Went for a problem I had been suffering from for a while. Slightly embarrassed going in but put at ease straight away. Friendly, supportive and given a plan that sorted everything out, with a free check up at the end and ongoing supoort if required. Expert - I would 100% recommend! After months of failed over the counter and mediocre GP advice, we approached Sarah about our son's verucca. After the first we knew we had come to the right place. Sarah was warm and welcoming and full of knowledge. With clear and concise instructions and the appropriate treament, the were totally clear a few weeks later. After almost a year with recurring in my foot/toes, Sarah-Jayne knew exactly what the issue was after a couple of minutes and confirmed with ultrasound. Come away with some useful exercises and insoles which I’m already starting to see an improvement with. First visit to a Podiatrist and to be honest the from my in growing toe nail had me a bit concerned , like a dental for a tooth extraction. My concern was needless, Sarah immediately put me at ease, treated other areas of my foot first then removed the in grown nail with no fuss. Very whilst friendly and explaining all aspects of treatment. immediately feel much better. Already booked a return ‘maintenance’ visit and recommended to wife. Extremely service. Sarah was brilliant my Daughter had been troubled with what we thought could have been a corn on her foot after Sarah took a look at it revealed it was a very small verruca . So small didn’t need treatment. My Daughter was so nervous she felt quite sickly and making me feeling extremely nervous for her. Sarah was very calm with the situation and helped her pull herself round . They very kindly gave us a bottle of surgical spirit and baby buds to treat it ourselves . My experience with Sara-Jayne has been great. Received partial nail avulsion due to some ongoing issues from football and other sports. She eased any sort of nerves I had going into the initial surgery, and has been great during all of my multiple follow up appointments. Toe has healed nicely now, and have just been signed off today's. She has also said if I have any other follow up issues when returning to sport to reach out again. I took my granddad to Sara after finding her online and reading the positive reviews. I booked his first and specifically requested examination and over the phone. However, Sara spent just 8 minutes with us, suggesting that we need to come back next week for the initial consultation and treatment, and she charged £20 for this brief visit. That was my first disappointment. Secondly, during the next visit, after we agreed that he needed relief from the corns and a nail trim, the only thing she did was trim his nails. This did not address the actual issue—his painful corns. When she asked where I heard about her, I mentioned the good reviews online, and her response was that she had worked hard for those reviews. Basically, we were charged £ 90 all together just for my granddad to have his toenails cut. It was such a disappointment. I don't know if it was because she saw a patient from a foreign country, but her approach and ethics seemed lacking. Absolutely brilliant. Had spent months treating my son for multiple veruccas that a doctor had diagnosed only to be told it wasn't veruccas at all! meant it was all sorted in a month at a reasonable price. Can't enough. Should've come here first. I've been here twice now and Sarah-Jane is so welcoming and an expert at what she does. She makes you feel comfortable and calm, especially if you're feeling self conscious. After just two appointments, she's given me the confidence to wear heels for the first time in 5 years, and I never thought I'd be able to do that again. Unlike other podiatrists I've been to on NHS, Sarah-Jane is gentle and makes sure her clients not only feel cared for, but know how to look after their once they leave the room, giving advice, but she also lends an ear to listen to as well.
