From the moment we reached out to them, they treated Ruby with the utmost love and respect, ensuring that every step of the process was handled with care. Their empathy and professionalism made a world of difference, offering us comfort when we needed it most. It was clear that they truly understand how much our pets mean to us, and they went above and beyond to make sure Ruby had a dignified farewell. We will always be grateful for their kindness and the thoughtful way they supported us through this difficult time. My Springer Bandit, had to sadly be put to sleep as he wasn't getting better. Spoke to Gavin who was so caring and he collected Bandit from the vets. My family got to say goodbye to Bandit in the farewell room, which is really lovely, as the had made it look like Bandit was just sleeping. Peter was amazing and helped us with deciding on Bandits urn, and plenty of tissues for me. Vic rung me to let me know Bandit was ready to be collected which was really sweet. He's now home, making out complete again. Thankyou so much for looking after Bandit, and taking the to get his nose and paw prints. Such an amazing family run business, they really care about the animals and the family's. We recently had to say goodbye to our 12 year old bulldog Cooper. Prior to making the final decision, we phoned Gav who not only gave us all the advice we needed but gave us a recommendation of a lovely local mobile vet who he works in collaboration with. Between the two they made the whole process much calmer and easier for Cooper who went to sleep in his armchair at home. Gav and his colleagues Pete, Andrea and Vic run a fantastic business from start to finish. Coopers ashes were delivered personally in a beautiful frame we had chosen. Also paw and nose prints and a little piece of hair were included which made it even more special. We cannot recommend Heavenly Pets enough - thank you again Gav & the x On 4th February 2025, we experienced the devastating loss of our beloved baby girl, Poppy. Poppy was surrounded by the ones she loved most at and Heavenly Pets Crematorium were on hand, supporting us through this difficult time. When we were ready, Gav ensured that Poppy was taken care of from the moment she left to the minute she was back in our arms. It was beautiful to experience the memorial room, to receive her ashes and prints in such a beautifully presented manner. The service we have received from all the team; Gav, Vic and Pete has been excellent and we are so grateful to you all for respecting our wishes. Thank you Heavenly Pets Crematorium. Losing Theo was absolutely heartbreaking, but Peter and the at Heavenly Pets truly helped ease that pain. From the moment we spoke, Peter was so kind, respectful, compassionate and incredibly supportive. He treated Theo with such dignity and care, and it honestly meant the world to me. Theo came in a beautiful cremation tube, along with his paw and nose prints so thoughtfully framed, forget-me-not seeds, and a handwritten card. Every single detail was done with such love – it was more than I ever expected. It’s clear that this is so much more than a business to Peter – it’s a calling. I’m so grateful to him for making such a difficult feel just a little bit lighter, and for giving Theo such a peaceful, respectful farewell. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. We would like to thank Vic, Gav and Pete for everything they have done for us and how they have cared for Bailey our beloved baby! They have made the whole traumatic and tragic experience that little bit easier with their love and kindness.
