We bought the walking audio tour (bring headphones to listen as you walk around) which included entry to all the ticketed attractions including the historical museum and a return trip on the ferry to Grado (ferry is a 1hr trip one way so relax). This only cost us 18€ each. You can start and stop at any time and to be used within 48hrs so you have plenty of time.
