The bartender Kamil spoke with three languages Polish (of course :-) ), English and Czech. We had a nice talk and must say, he is the right man on the right spot. He was very pleased, started to explain the origin of the drink and that it's not so common to get it at the bars. (Thats why it interested me) The drink was perfect, light and refreshing. The way how he did that with explanation of origin was spectacular. It really raised the level of restaurant. The owner must value such employees.
