I may be wrong but every time we've eaten there, we saw the head chef cooking, taking orders and handling billing. At peak hours, there may be a second employee to relieve some of the load, but nevertheless, it's always impressive to see how the owner(I believe) navigates such a demanding business. Now on to the food. Having personally never visited Bretagne, I can't speak to how close the galletes and crepes here are to their inspiration. That being said, friend and family that I have brought here many of whom have been up North, were pleasantly surprised by what they found here. You can order à la carte or create your own. I'm a sucker for all things canard and tend to trust in the chef's judgement while my wife likes to mix and match and create her own experience. As you can see from the pictures, the servings are sizeable and the plates look oh so appetising! We had a gallete each and I couldn't help but try one of the dessert crepes. We both left feeling warm and fulfilled. I highly recommend going when it's nice out to make the most of that outdoor eating experience.
