We stumbled upon this gem visiting Bad Wimpfen for a mini road break. The waitress was much sweeter than the majority of severs in Germany and actually spoke to us and made some recommendations. Based on that, we tried the crispy and it was a delight (although the kid said the spätzle was just so so). Great ambience as well and bonus points for being in such a cute town (although parking was a nightmare once again haha). A restaurant that gives you Cozy feeling. And their specialty is what makes the visit worth a while. The is very nicely spiced out. And the skin is one of the crispiest with a lot of Flavor.
