We have recently completed the Como, Bellagio, Lugano tour. All the guides were helpful in getting us on our correct bus at the start of the day. The bus driver was very safe , and Alessio (Alex) was very friendly , approachable and very knowledgeable. 100% recommend. Thank you for a great , Cameron. (group of 5 , Australia) was to be 8-9 hours, ended up being 12. Not a traffic issue. Guide had poor communication with me. Too much on bus and back tracking to a place we had already been was ridiculous. 5-6 hours broken time. 6 hours on bus. Sucked. Company not good about refunding me for horrible day and waste of my time. I suggest train to Verona and enjoy your day from Venice. Specially from Viator, name Verona and Lake Garda with boat cruise. Save your money. I’m leaving 5 stars because there isn’t a 10 start option. I would describe this company as highly efficient and very well organized. Their drivers are very honest and polite. The buses are comfortable and work on time. Today we did lake como and bellagio tour..it was superbly taken by guide Andrea and Martina..both were having good knowledge of the place. We strongly recommend to go with this 2 guides. Not the greatest. Cancelled multiple tours last minute ruining my weeks itinerary to Rome in December. Best to go with someone else. My family and I took the private to Lake Como and Lake Lugano and we could not have been more impressed with the product and service we received. Everything was first class including the driving from our driver David and especially the narration and guidance of our guide Anna. As a tourist, it is difficult to visit a new place and really understand it without the help of a local. Anna, not only has the intricate knowledge of the area, but also a true passion about sharing it with visitors and planting the desire to come back again. This was my family’s first to Lake Como and we are already making plans to come back again and stay longer. If you are visiting Como for the first time, it really helps to have a guide and I give my experience with Anna, David and this company 5 well earned stars. Horrible company.
