Just after a few curves after Sant'Antonio there is an unconspicious hiking path sign saying it takes 15 minutes to the fall. The last part is steep but easy. Much further down the road there is a road sign pointing to a way leading to the fall. Easy going with MTB bike close to the fall. Good Very nice place and waterfall. Nice 1h walk trough forest. You have to be careful because it's not well signaled Cascata stupenda, io fortunatamente sono andato il giorno dopo delle abbondanti piogge, di conseguenza c'era tantissima acqua. Consiglio di fare strada per "Nasca/Sarigo" lasciare la macchina direttamente lì o in qualche tornatino più su ai lati della strada. Se partite da Seguite il sentiero 245A, vi ritroverete sulla strada statale ad un certo punto e sulla destra un cartello con scritto proprio "cascate della froda". Dopo 10 minuti sarà necessario guadare un piccolo tratto di fiume (io ho dovuto levare le scarpe), gli altri 15/20 minuti sono una passeggiata abbastanza tranquilla senza grandi dislivelli. Arrivati alla cascata è possibile salire tra scalinate e rocce per ritrovarsi proprio sotto. Consigliatissimo, ne vale davvero la pena.
