This place is like a step back in time to the days of the soda shop..... the best caffe in Milazzo....I could come here everyday.... Very helpful and friendly staff. Cannoli there are absolutely delicious. They fill it right way when you order them. This bar was recommended by a relative of me who lives in San Filippo del Mela (has lived there all his life) and told us it was the best Cannoli in Milazzo... I think he was right Nice little local spot. They open around 5:30 or 6 a.m. You’ll be served by a couple of lively, charming older gentlemen, which adds to the vibe :)) Great selection of desserts and the classic coffee options, reasonable prices. Best “granita panna e brioche” in town, I love their panna (double white cream 😋) Waiters are well experienced and polite, unfortunately the atmosphere is a little bit chaotic cause a lot of local people love this place. The staff are rude, the has seemed to have gotten worse and smaller over the years and the price has increased. Definitely a lot better places in Milazzo to go to and spend your money. I do not recommend. To the latest comment passed here.. the has been served in the same glasses for decades so it has definitely not become smaller as you claim. Da provare caffè con panna! Being myself from Milazzo, I can guarantee this is one of the top notch places in town for pastries, ice creams, etc. There are many good bars but the English bar is an institution and has been there since ever! Guy behind the counter said we couldn’t play a game of cards while having a coffee. Weird rule.
