I want to say succinctly that this business is beautiful. They handled the of my best friend and gave her a dignified, heart-felt, wonderful place for her final farewell. After the viewing, my partner and I roamed the grounds, sat quietly in beautiful surroundings, said hello to other beloved pets that reside here eternally, and waited for Bella to be returned to us. I never knew something like this was an option. Bella and I left the U.S. half a decade ago, and at that point in time, nothing like this exists. So, when my partner told me about this when we had to let Bella go, I was so grateful to the ones willing to give this service. Bella and I were best friends since the literal moment she was born, and she was with me through 19 years. I'm grateful and happy that she was able to be held in the same regard as a beloved human. Thank you to everyone here. I am heartbroken, but you all made it a little more okay. Thank you for treating her body with respect and care. Thank you for treating us with the same. I will genuinely miss you more than anyone ever, my Belladonna, my blue girl. They showed real interest and with my cat, and were really supportive during the process. Also, they came home personally to retrieve my cat (since we could not move so we asked for retrieval). I felt a lot of understanding and from the Rosengarten team. They gave me a lot of time to make decisions and the options I chose were respected. I also liked that you have a memorial page for your pet and you can connect with other people and send each other messages and roses. This helped me a lot when going through the process of grief, as it felt less lonely. Healing in community is so powerful. I am very grateful to the team. It was an extremely difficult time for us but Rosengarten did everything possible to try and make things easier. Very caring personell and everything went smoothly. Every communication on the phone, via e-mail or in person was very professional and gave me a feeling, that everyone really cares and is very compassionate to my situation. Even when I was repeatedly calling them regarding small details, I was taken seriously and with patience. The itself was also great. We were saying goodbye to our cat. From the moment we arrived we were guided step by step what to do with respect. We decided to cremate our friend individualy with the farewell "ceremony", where we met him one last time in a beautiful wicker bed, lovingly presented like he is just sleeping. I am happy this service exists. I am glad I had the option to say goodbye with the same respect, and love like it would be a human cremation. I am grateful I could pet and kiss one last time my dear one, who is terribly missed. The service was totally professional but also with great empathy and sensitivity. I had 2 dogs cremated privately within 12 months, which was incredibly sad, but I at least felt they were treated with and respect and I was able to scatter them in the garden, which was lovely. The webpage is also a comforting place where other dog lovers can share their thoughts. This is the worse funeral service I ever experienced. When my cat passed away in May 2023, I put 4 small pieces of my cat's favor toys with him and I reminded the staff from Rosengarten several times, they have to go along with my cat for cremation. The lady confirmed me about that. However, on the day of cremation, all those toys GONE! They could me they could not find those toys at all! Possibly, they threw it away! Those toys means A LOT to me and my cat but they did not treat it seriously! Unbelievably! Regarding the arrangement of cremation, they have extremely poor internal communication. I was once received an email from their staff to confirm with me about the date and location of the (I need to check with them many times in order to get their confirmation), few hours later, I received another email from another staff and told me another date and location of the cremation! After I checked with them again, they confirmed with me it was a mistake from them. Besides, they transferred my cat from one place to another without notified me in advance which really made me mad!!! Regarding the urn, I selected a symbol from the list they provided with the name of the symbol called "Herzenskatze". When I received the urn after the cremation, I found that the name of the symbol was also engraved on the urn!!! That's totally ridiculous and non-sense. Therefore, I would NOT recommend people to use their service at all. That's the worse I ever experienced. Mind you that the only good thing that I found was the staffs at Hermeskeil, they are nice. Other then that, do not waste your money, what you paid is not what you expected at all. That will make you feel so bad for your animals.
